CURB ALERT on N Poinsettia Pl between Sunset and Fountain - Red couch with pull out bed and L-style with unattached ottoman, so you should be able to flip the cushion and put it on either side - used - a little scuffed up, definitely usable just not as pretty as it once was. Passed to us by our friends/former roommate, now ready to pass it along to the next frugal friend!
86” end to end, 67” ish from back to the end of the ottoman, 38 1/2” from the back to the front of the couch (not counting the ottoman)
