Wooden stair handrail (Camborne Cornwall)

Does anyone have an offcut of handrail similar to the picture. I am looking for about 1m (3 feet) approximately. I have have a small job to do. Ideally the groove in the bottom needs to be 41mm wide. Any sort of wood will do because it will be painted.
