plastic crocodile (Glasgow west end)

a crocodile ( Christmas nursery gift). Depending on which teeth you press the mouth should shut. It never really worked (what a waste of resources !) I opened the toy it to check the mechanism but couldn't figure out what was wrong. Giving it away in case someone wants to use as props or deco before I look into ways of recycling.
