Shelf brackets (Holcombe EX7)

Hi, my husband is looking for some strong shelf brackets, ideally 9" x 6", for putting up shelves in a garage. He bought some but they were way too flimsy! Looks are unimportant, just need something strong that does the job. Or any slotty-upright things that screw onto a garage wall...thank you for reading!
