blowers/wacker battery NOT working (newmarket-mulock and bayview)

Kobalt tools battery does Not work 2 blowers and a weed wacker there is a battery charger and a battery the 24v battery does Not work as it was left out during a winter i'm not sure if the charger does the tools worked fine when last used
