OUTDOOR 16/4 speaker wire (Blackburn)

To avoid having to buy 100 feet or more, I am looking for approx 20 feet piece of 16AWG / 4 conductor outdoor (burial) speaker wire - not "in wall". If anyone knows a place that sells this outdoor quality wire by the foot, I appreciate a message as well. Thanks
