Listing this as a clock and not as a puzzle. Due to age, this should no longer be used as a puzzle. (See third photo for a picture of the completed puzzle.) It has been assembled and placed back in the original box in sections (see 2nd picture) for you to reconnect, glue, and hang. It comes with the working clock parts, which run on a single AA battery.
