Desktop pen holder. (NG21)

This is a plastic desktop pen holder.
It has 2 slot holes for pens/ pencils and space for a pencil sharpener etc.
It is filled with "oil" in which plastic imitation small gold $1 coins move.
Truly a thing of beauty.
