A "Wiggins Rouen 540" bike ...24" wheels...originally from Halfords.
In very good mechanical condition.
Seat and handle bar tape a bit tarnished.
This is a small bike...note the can and 2L bottle for scale.

The height of the seat in the pic is 30"/76cm.
