Scooter (Upper west side)

Found outside over the summer. It is small for like a 1 or 2 yr old. My 4 yr old used it when she came to Manhattan but it’s small. The front wheel randomly turns like when she crashed into a wall…and to put back in place I hold the wheel in between my feet and turn the handle bar to straighten the wheel. Maybe someone would want it anyway or know how to fix before I trash
