Self adhesive, foil lined, dense bitumen/rubber-like sound deadening mat. Foil bubbles on one side will also add a little insulation. Cuts easily with a Stanley blade.
Best part of a whole roll left over from my own campervan conversion. Great for stopping panel boom and road noise.
