Pedal bike for 3 year old (Lewes BN7)

Does anyone have an out grown first cycle that would fit a 3 year old? She can balance on her balance bike but is frustrated that it has no pedals so she can keep up with her sisters. I have a second hand 16" waiting for her but that is too big at present. Please call 01273 474110 if you have one spare, because notifications don't always come through.
