Cooks Professional Food Mixer (Castlebank ML11)

We have this Cooks Professional Mixer but baffled as to why it doesn't work. Anyone wishing to take it to try and fix is very welcome to it. It's not the fuse lol! Looks in great condition but it's been stuck in the cupboard for ages!
