Sofa is used but is 100% functional and incredibly comfortable. Some minor surface snags and pillows need fluffed but top is in great shape overall. Comes from a smoke free home but we do have a cat who liked to climb back corner and there are marks behind the sofa at the corner. Marks are not visible from the front.
