Got this tree about a year ago and it was fine during that time but I decided to get rid of it after getting a second cat, as it is a little small for more than one. It is a little wobbly but does come with wall brackets as shown. The sisal rope is also relatively frayed, and the carpet is coming off in places which should be an easy fix.
HOWEVER-- recently one of my cats hit the top platform weird and cracked it. It now sort of hinges at the top. If you are handy you could use the current platform as a template or brace the broken section. I would not use as is.
Tree is currently fully assembled.
