I have been in search of old skeleton keys. We a few old furniture pieces, and trunks that I'd love to find the right key for! I also have a rolltop desk that's not that old that did not come with the newer skeleton key. IF you have skeleton keys, either newer or older you are willing to part with, I'd love to find a key to match these items! SHOULD YOU HAVE OTHER KEYS I can HELP YOU WITH, by getting them GONE, its a small price to pay to find the right keys! I have no idea if there is a way to know what type and size of key each lock needs. If you do, please share your knowledge as I'd love to know! I have just tried any of the skeleton keys that I've found over the years hoping to find the right fit. I didn't include pictures of the key holes on these items, yet will send to anyone asking to see them.
