old IBM square disk reader (Haythorne Common BH21)

I wondered if anyone had any of those old square storage disks they want to access? Been having a sort out and come across this one (photo). It was working when I last used it to access my old disks. Not sure if compatible with modern computers except it does have a usb lead.
