I believe these were entered into Photo contests, the back markings and board mounts are in line with this.
#1 is (Mt Hood and Canoe) is slightly faded #2 (White Flower) is perfect #3 (Fuzzy Flower) slightly so, , # 4 (Stump at lake) is faded - Preference for someone to take all.
