Screen is not functioning, needs either a repair or replacement of the LCD screen cable, or replacement of the screen (the cable about $20, screen about $60; on ebay)
CPU is an older AMD CPU, 32-bit only.

No HDD
Keyboard works fine
Good with an older 32-bit version of Linux.
Was used by elderly person, was received free from recycling center.
