About 1/4 remaining of a 19L pail of water-based asphalt foundation coating, made to waterproof wood, concrete, etc. unfortunately it has been sitting and water evaporated so its dried up & solid.
I added about 1 oz. of solvent paint thinner to about 2 cups of product and reconstituted it to useful consistency to coat some fence post bottoms. So remainder could be made useful again as well with a bit of work.
