Three/Four Wheel Mobility Scooter (Quail Lake)

I have a friend that has trouble walking and can no longer drive, so he needs an electric scooter to get around to shop, get his mail, empty the garbage, etc.. If you have one that either you no longer use or a family member no longer uses, he would certainly appreciate it.
