Working computer,food, diapers (94611)

Family in need with 5 kids sorry for asking so much but was wondering if anyone has any foods, size 5 or 6 diapers and working computer, I don't get my money until the 3rd of dec.,I'm willing to take it off your hands please let me know thanks
