Large red leather sofa set (West Vancouver)

Red, length is 88", W 37" H 30", Chair L 39", W 34" H 32". Was a really nice set in a home theatre. It's well loved, but does need a bit of loving care - the sofa dips in the middle but it would be a simple fix for an enthusiast! There is a small tear in the leather of the chair, but it's in an inconspicuous place and it is repairable. We are downsizing.....
