Embroidery Machine Supplies (Asbury Park- Ocean Township)

I was given a used Brother Pe500 embroidery machine for my birthday. It was missing the embroidery hoop. Does anyone have an extra? I need embroidery thread too. I am also seeking advice about how to use this machine. It looks really complicated.
