Vision Fitness R1500 Semi-Recumbent Exercise Bike - its an old model but there are plenty of details if you search for it on the internet.
Has served us well (particularly in lockdown) but we've moved onto other things.
The drive belt currently slips off (it currently off), so you'll need to dismantle the casing put the belt back on and adjust in some way to stop it happening again. I suspect someone who knows how to fix bikes will have no problem fixing this but you can't just take it away and use it.
Having said that, its a high quality bit of kit and is worth repairing!
