Amazon ECHO Show (Inglewood)

I am looking for an Amazon Echo Show. My grandmother has Dementia and I would love one so that I can do drop in calls with her. If anyone has upgraded this holiday season or just happens to be purging one we would be very grateful to receive it 😊.
