Cooler is missing a mounting pin, available on eBay for very little (or rob one from your stock cooler...)
Motherboard has been unused for a very long time but does POST, no further testing done.
Note that the board is missing two heatsinks (compare my image, to images on Google to see where) so I would advise replacing those if you intend to use it!
