Riding mower, with cutting deck (Bristow/ Nokesville VA)

Need something to cut my two acres with, as sooon as possible. Don't care what color the tractor is, what brand it is, or how large as long as it has at least a 36 in cutting deck and runs. My engine broke on my old craftsman which was 27 years old and did Yeoman service but finally gave up. I can't afford the prices I'm seeing to buy even a used one. Thank you. Mike
