Winter gear and other things (South Minneapolis)

Good morning not sure who remembers me but my pipes burst my landlord wants take me too court saying it's my kids I need any kind of winter gear for us heating for the house now even thermostat is broken not going very well over here plus from pipes bursting way too much water damage my kids are 1x-2x and 14,15yeara old my son is 32 34 in men's and turns 12 on Christmas we're south MPLS and I don't drive
