Excellent condition. Requires skill to install safely. I am looking for the instructions but they are available on the internet. Please don’t take this item unless you have the tools and skill to wall mount this correctly on stairs. The manufacturer has a page of warnings if this product is incorrectly installed in an unsuitable place or incorrectly closed.
Please give me a day and time when you could collect and who will be installing it. If you do not answer these questions I will not be able to reply.
