JVC A-X1 stereo integrated amplifier.
Playable but would be improved with repair.
There is a ‘hum’ when switching on but not noticeable in use. The two channels are slightly out of sync.
A friend who knows about these things said it needs a new capacitor.
I hope it can be bought back to use as it sounds great when working properly.
