Small Nookie bouyancy aid. It's old but stitching is fine. It supports over 5kg in water which is the basic test for effectiveness. Maximum chest size would be about 35 inches. A bouyancy aid is not the same as a lifejacket. It is not designed to keep you face up if unconcious.
