Infant car seat / stroller (Junction (Toronto))

Hey all. I'm looking for an infant car seat and / or a stroller that would take that car seat. This is for a refugee family that has just arrived and they have nothing for their infant. If you have an unexpired item that you have sitting around, know it would go to a good and grateful home.
