Hedge Cutter (Dunston Hill NE11)

Desperately seeking a hedge cutter. My garden has gone wild because mine broke and I think there might be rats making themselves comfortable in amongst it so please if anyone has a one they dont need I would be super grateful! I need to get it cleared asap.
