Knitting machine - ideally 48 pin (Chalford Hill. GL6.)

Bit of a long shot, but does anyone have a knitting machine, ideally 48 pin lurking in a spare room that's no longer used please ? I'm asking on behalf of a friend who is starting to really suffer with arthritis and she really, really loves to knit (Bobble hats are her speciality, which she sells on behalf of a range of charities, hence the request for a 48 pin machine - apparently this makes a larger hat or something !!) sadly her condition will only get worse hence this request. Can collect most days after 2.30. Thanks.
