Rev A Shelf cabinet pull out shelf (Nashua, NH)

Hello,
Anyone out there that may have taken one of these out of your cabinets and aren’t using anymore?
We are looking for one or two that is/are 11.5”-12” wide.
Just wanted to ask around to see if anyone has them?
