This is an L-shaped couch with the daybed-looking piece (75in x 38in) aligning with the main (88inx38in) couch's end without an armrest. Unfortunately this house does not accommodate that configuration so half has been stored upright covered in moving blankets. There is some sun bleaching along the top back and armrest. Seat height is 16in. and back height is 27in.
