Two collectible pens (Brooklyn ny)

Two collectible pens they definitely need a ink because I think the ink really dried out it stays so Stirling on there so it has to be like collectible pens and it was put into the box but it's like old pens and stuff if somebody would like them they would be a nice collection to their their stuff remember you need ink and I don't think that's the original box but it looks like the original box for the pens
