Neon sign - not working (Kingston KT2)

Neon sign over 35 years old from Texas. Unfortunately has a broken tube, as shown, and cannot be repaired. Currently very dusty, but coloured glass visible. Not sure if any use to anyone?
Pick up from Kingston town centre.
