The sofa is in surprisingly good condition given its age. I bought it used in 2009. As far as sofa beds go, this one is about as comfortable as any I've ever slept on. It's no sleep number bed by any means but it's not too bad.
The rocking love seat has seen better days but it's still comfortable and still rocks. I had one when my daughter was a baby and it was great. Plenty of room for the 2 of us during those early morning feedings. I got it mainly because I was nostalgic about the fabric. It's what my mom's couch and oversize chair was covered in. I was going to try and reupholster it. Don't know what I was thinking. 😄
Bring help to move it/them. The couch is REALLY heavy. You don't have to take both of them.
