Extremely well made 1998 Ethan Allen couch. Will never dip or sag. Hasn’t yet! We had a cover on it because it needs to be reupholstered so it would be an excellent project couch, or you could keep a cover on it. The original fabric is faded and ripped in multiple places so it really needs the cover or new upholstery
It’s about 85 inches long and 38 inches deep
We do have dogs but they aren’t allowed on the couch
We are only letting it go because we needed a sleeper but it really has been an amazing couch
