2009 MacBook OS install (Lakeridge Drive/Harvest Valley)

Need help ASAP, please!
Hi,
I just got a 2009 Macbook and, to get rid of the previous owner’s iCloud username, since I couldn’t get around it at all, I decided to erase the HD and reinstall El Capitan.
Now, it won’t complete the install. It “installs” it then brings me back to the OSX Utilities screen. It does not get to the setup screen.
I know some stuff about Macs, but I can’t get past this issue. I’ve tried installing El Capitan THREE times. After looking things up, I even tried changing the system date, but that didn’t work at all.

I REALLY need this 2009 Macbook to work.

Does anyone know how to fix Macs, and would you be willing to help me out, without charging me? And, I just got a new puppy, so a house-call would be so amazing.

I really need this to Macbook to work. I’m desperate. Can someone please help me?

With my recent move and adopting a puppy, my finances are seriously low; that’s why I’m asking for help here.

Please, can someone help me??
