This is a length of red fabric woven in a "shot silk" way, so that it displays 2 colours depending on how the light strikes it. It's got flower-pattern relief embellishments, as the photo shows. It looks like silk, but could equally be polyester - I bought it too long ago to remember! I had a mind to make a cushion cover but then we got a white-haired dog, so I thought better of it. Dimensions: 150cm wide, 100cm long.
