REI women's Rainwall rain jacket 2015

I used this as my commuter jacket and it started to delaminate, so I washed it with Nikwax, which brought back it's waterproof-ness but did cause some of the lining to come off further. Delaminated areas are in the neckline, right shoulder, wrist, and a small area where the hood cinches. Still some use left in it, maybe you know how to repair it?
