2 storey weatherboard-style cubby house with colourbond roof - 9 years old. Has new ladder and front porch pailings/deck made in the last 2 years. Red fire pole down the right hand side (fun!). Has been well loved. Missing a couple of weatherboard pailings and could do with a repaint. Likely to need a new ground floor.
