Xl dog clothes and harness (Penrith CA10)

My xl dog is currently pulling on her collar and it's making me nervous that she is going to choke herself and as for the clothes, she gets cold rapid and so any help in that department would help massively... I don't know her exact measurements, however, I do know that she is a boxer cross with an American Bully.
