My daughter started practicing drums at school and wants also to practice at home.

I know that she don't need anything special to practice and she could even drum on a plastic bucket :) but it's also about noise. I don't have the money for it and the space for a drum kit, but I'm a tinkerer and want to make her a fold-out, full-size electronic percussion as a suitcase. By assumption, my daughter will practice on headphones or a small amplifier powered by Li-ion batteries. At first I wanted to do it on arduino and piezo modules, but the plan requires additional connection to a computer or laptop, which is temporarily unfeasible and problematic as portable.

I am looking for any electronic drum kit, it may be incomplete or build in one block. Can be also just drum module, because I will made new pads.
