Fencing (Bangor)

In desperate need of fence for back yard . Luckily alll my neighbors have a fence so I literally only need about 20 to 25 ft of fencing . But my fiancé German shepherd is an escape artist and i feel it almost inhumane to tie him up (since he constantly tangles himself). If anyone could help it’d be greatly appreciated.
