Scaffold Tower (tubular) (Kings Heath B14)

Will go to 15 ft height, needs a fair bit of work with wire brush or stone to de-rust some of the tubes where joined by the stainless steel inserts. User will also need to find timber boards to stand on, there are two diagonal bars to keep the assembly rigid and side handrail for the top level . Currently dismantled, see photo. Needs help from a mallet to separate some of the bars.
