Love Seat -Ahwatukee close to Tempe (Ahwatukee)

Loveseat - light tan/beige color, velvet material. Heavy. Length: 59", Width, 36", height 35". Deep seats - 25" Has one or two small spots on it as can be seen in pictures. Back is in good condition but bottom covering needs to be stitched back up.
